Over the last week we've been busy raising funds for Children in Need at both our Stone and Leek studios. On Thursday 17th December we were invited to perform on the main stage at Stone's annual Christmas lights switch on. Despite pouring rain the crowds turned out in force to watch us and other local groups perform before the lights were turned on at 7pm by Town Mayor, Councillor Jonathan Powell and Father Christmas! Five young actors from Stone are heading down to the Norfolk seaside town of Sheringham this summer to star in a stage production of Stags & Hens. Phoebe Reynolds, Libby Birtles, Alice Read-Haynes, Alex Walton and Charlie Allen Smith will join the 12-strong cast of the Willy Russell play as part of Sheringham Little Theatre’s summer season during August. We are delighted to announce that three of our budding ballerinas have successfully auditioned for the English Youth Ballet.
